DRAAJ products are shipped within 10 days of placing your order. In case the DRAAJ you ordered is not immediately available, you will receive notification the same day. If you have special requests you can contact Karim by email to discuss your wishes.
cost of shipping
parcels shipped within the Netherlands are sent through PostNL at a 6,75 euro rate. Costs for shipments within EU are 13,00 euro.
returns
in case you want to return DRAAJ products, you can send it back within 14 days. Cost of return shipment is at your own expense. After the return shipment has been received, you will get a refund.
